all scripts and things in my web page makes a bar pop up that bar says that internet explorer stoped active x and scripts running. but i have seen this scripts in other web pages but in any of those web pages that bar pops up this is an image of the bar:

how can i stop that bar appearing?

This seems to be a windows firewall message. If anyone has the windows firewall, they will get that message.
