No worries its easy just contact near by university there ull fined good web developments degrees.
and all the subjects will starts form the beginning and it'll be easy to follow .
Web development basically you have to know graphical side and the cording side.
graphical side is ingesting but make sure to pay more attention to cording side
since each and every thing will be teach to u in the degree program so ull be able to devolved ur skills step wise.
And ull have to follow some assignments too.it will help u to devolp you web development skills while ur doing the degree program
