What is a typical fee for web page development?

Including Web page design, programming, database, and ecommerce ability.

What is a typical fee for web page development?
I don't think there is a standard fee. There are companies that have a "template" pricing system ... and if you want to look like all the other websites, go this route. Pick a template.

You can also buy HOW TO books and try to create your own web page, etc.

Check around and compare. When I did this I was surprised to see how much it varies. My guy is good (see link)
Reply:Varies greatly from site to site. And location. A quality independent developer would charge you around $75 / hr most places for that. A consulting firm would probably charge you more like $125 / hr for that same developer's time.

If you're doing it in NYC, it would be more money. If you're doing it in Iowa, it would be less money.

If your site is huge, expect to pay a bit more for testing and implementation. If it's tiny, then there are cookie-cutter products which can get you up-and-running fairly cheap.

Bottom Line: Anywhere from $5000 - $???????? depending on complexity. Anything less than $5000 for what you've described is going to be a total amateur job.
