Reply:In answering question 1., pass on Flash as a graphic element on websites since it only has minority audience - DSL subscribers. The majority of Net surfers are still dial-up subscribers and they usually leave quickly a Flash-based website due to the very long downloading of relevant links and files. If you want your websites to appeal to the greatest ecommerce, design at least the opening webpage in HTML.
