Can anyone please inform me what I need to get a web development quote? I'm setting up an e-commerce and want to save on development costs and want to do as much as I can do before handing it to the developers. I don't know web design etc but I do know photoshop and have been creating the template pages of how I want the feel and what will be on the pages. Basically I want to do as much as possible and then leave the rest up to the web developers.
