I want to be studying web development ( including Asp.net , Java Script, Sql, and some web design). What field would i need to get into to study this being at school. Graphic Design, Information Systems, or computer science. I live in Los angeles, CA so im wondering if there are any CSU classes out there that teach stuff like this. so far my research hasnt shown me any good.

I'd stay out of web development - it's a crowded field and getting worse.
Go for software engineering, network system security, and so forth
WildBill - you are WAY OFF base on the design end. I have been doing it for 10 years - and NO ONE pays that today for a website unless it is a massive 30+ page site with major ASP data management software connected with DB management, and a whole ton more.
Most sites business wants only cost around $499, averaging around 8 hours of work, and that's if you can beat out the other 20 people ready to do it for less since they can work from a laptop out of a coffee shop.
