What is IT? (Question about Web Design/Development)?

I keep hearing people mentioning that IT is good if you want to learn more about Web Design/Development but what is "I.T."?





What's the complete title? (example: WD= Web Design and/or Development)





And what does it do or what can you learn about it when you study it?





Can you learn this if you'r studynig web design and development? Or do you have to study something else in order to learn this?





Please help me and thanks!

What is IT? (Question about Web Design/Development)?
IT stands for Information Technology. An IT professional uses computers, databases, and other technologies to provide information to businesses.





Web Development is one of the many skills invovled in IT. Othe skills would include programming, data analitics, integration of different computer system, computer installation and repair.





In short just about anything computer or technology


related (cell phones, blackberries, etc) that provides the companies employee's access to the company's data.





College majors that prepare students for an IT career include, Management Information System and Information Systems.

Reply:Information Technology? It's a major course and they studying about all computer software, all the information, that's why they call information technology
